Geoff is a seasoned expert in both occupational and theatrical safety, bringing a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to protecting employees, patrons, and operations. With experience as a Field Safety Supervisor and Operations Supervisor, Geoff has honed his expertise in proactive safety practices, conducting site audits, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively. 

As the founder of Elements of Theatre Consulting, Geoff combined his passion for theater and safety by enhancing the safety and functionality of critical infrastructure in theaters and public venues. His work included comprehensive risk assessments and the development of safety-compliant systems tailored to unique operational needs.
